Sasha did a great job fixing our Kenmore range. He immediately diagnosed that it had two problems: an electrical short in the control panel and a blown switch for a heating element. He worked hard for us, and I would definitely call for him again.

Oleg is fantastic! I submitted an online request last evening and he was here first thing in the morning. Very quick and easy proces to have my leaky frigidaire dishwasher fixed. Prices are exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Looking forward to using my dishwasher again so I don't have to wash dishes by hand. Thanks Oleg!

30 year old dryer was overloaded with soaking wet bed sheets. Water dripped in; machine stopped working and smelled burnt. SASHA, the tech, was a very nice gentleman. He carefully diagnosed the problem, came back with the right part, fixed the machine in the very tight space available. I will make sure he gets sent to us the next time an appliance malfunction occurs and would highly recommend him to others.

We were not sure if our Frigidaire Affinity washing machine was worth repaired. Our 6+ yrs. machine was not draining and the cloth was not wrung for a few months now. I searched online and I found One Click Appliance Repair. Oleg came the next day and quickly started diagnosing. He replaced the door opener mechanism, the most common reason for this issue. He ran a test and the drain worked! Oleg told us from the beginning that if it does it again, there may be other issues and more costs involved etc. That evening the draining stopped working again when we ran a load of cloth. We decided that we need to buy a new washer & dryer. We called back next day and we asked if they can take back the piece, as we'll recycle the old machine. Fair enough, Oleg stopped by and took the piece out and refunded it. We appreciate his quality diagnosis and honest service. Warmly recommended!

Our dryer stopped working and the door on the dishwasher broke the same week. Contacted One Click Appliance Repair through Homestars. First time using the service. Setting up the appointment with Oleg was very easy and he provided excellent service. Both issues were repaired in a timely manner. Very happy with the service.

Alex is the best! I called them in the morning and he had a technician out here by noon to look at our gas oven that wasn't heating up. Everything fixed in one go, super professional, friendly, and the technician wore a mask which is an absolute must in today's times. I highly recommend them!

One click came by to look at my fridge. It wouldnt stay cooling and keep constantly warming up then take ages to cooling again. My wife called most companies in the area and everywhere is a 2 week wait, but this company made an appointment for the same day and got the job done. We will use one click again if our appliances break.
