We feel that the folks at Polaron are very professional and helpful from the start of the project. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.

Polaron customer services has been great. Communication is fast and been very helpful with all my questions.

We are over a year now after installation and are very happy with our system which is creating more than half of our power (as predicted). We've had a couple 2 month bills this year that were less than $20! They were great to deal with and I've recommended them to friends who have had them install their systems.

The Installation process began at the end of July and the Panels were installed Dec 13 2024. Polaron staff were helpful during the process. Installation teams were efficient and professional. Overall it has been a painless process, and easier than I thought it would be. We are waitng for the final inspection fron NSP on Dec 18th 2024 and then the connection to the grid should be complete.

From contact to quote to install I was informed every step of the way. installers just finished doing hard job on a cold day.

I've signed with Polaron in July. Currently the project is ongoing. The experience so far has been good with good response from the sales team upon follow-up. I'll update my review along each step of the process. Currently, I've received SAR and doing a few back and forth for updates. Update as of December 15, 2024: All the approvals went smoothly with timely updates from various teams within Polaron. The grid was installed this week by Poalron. Next steps- awaiting electrical connection and final approval.

We had our 9.9kW system installed by Polaron about 16 months ago and its been amazing with no issues. In our first year we produced ~11,000 kWh which actually exceeded Polarons estimate. The credits we earned from selling back to the grid (net-metered) combined with the savings from not having to import from the grid far exceeded how much we would have had to pay to our utility if we didnt have rooftop solar. Polaron is a great company and have thus far kept to its promise of quality and benefits.

I have 13 solar panels 400 watts each now all I need is some sun to save some money The sales man was very knowledgeable he knows his stuff all the workers know their stuff The solar panels look good on the roof

Almost two years in and our Polaron system is happily ticking along. Summers are wonderful when the panels easily cover all our electricity costs including our EV.
