Checked out our dryer (we just moved into a new condo) and gave very helpful advice for maintaining and running the dryer. Confirmed there were no issues with it. Very courteous, polite and helpful.

We live in Georgetown and Shaqed and Dan had to deal with installation of a newer model dishwasher and an older home. They handled the situation with patience and good work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company was impressive. I called them for a repair service when our dishwasher ran into a hitch last Monday. I asked if they could come as soon as possible because I will be going out of town this weekend. They kindly agreed to come the following day. The technician they sent to our house was friendly, reliable, and hardworking. He efficiently and thoroughly worked on the dishwasher to fix the issue. He effectively restored it to normal, which made me so pleased. I also appreciated how he cleaned up the place before leaving and asked me if I needed more help. Next time I need appliance repairs, I know now who to call.

We are thankful for this companys fast and professional assistance. My mother called me yesterday because her washer wouldnt spin. I came to her house and tried troubleshooting the appliance myself, but nothing worked. I hired this company, and they were outstanding. They promptly responded and were upfront about the pricing. will defiantly use them again in the future

Clearly explained what was wrong, advised what to do in future and left within an hour. I would highly recommend Shaqed and this company. From my initial call for service to solution it was easy. 5 star.

Shaked/Shaqed was my service rep. He was professional, personable and very informative. My dryer had stopped heating; yet worked when he arrived. He asked me several questions and deduced from my answers that the dryer exhaust hose was plugged. He suggested I call a service that blows out plugged dryer exhaust hoses before using the dryer again. I am grateful to Shaked because without his knowledgeable advice I could have started a fire had I continued to use the dryer. I will definitely use GNA again should I have issues with any of my appliances.
