We noticed that our refrigerator was not cooling like it was supposed to do. My husband called this company, and they were ready to assist us. Their technician came here to check the condition of the fridge, and he executed the repair right away. The service was efficient. It also did not cost much money. will defiantly recommend GNA for any appliance repair service

I have used GNA on many occasions with good results for different rental properties. My last (and final) experience with them was bad. I paid them $540 over two visits to fix a freezer with ice buildup on the bottom. First time they cleaned the drain hose and charged $250. Second time (100 days later and out of 90 day warranty) they cleaned the drain hose and replaced a defrost thermostat. 110 days later problem occurred again. This time they want to "replace the defrost thermistor again , as well as the heat transfer loop." for $350. I was OK to proceed if they would provide me with a 1 year warranty (since this was my third visit for the same issue). Despite being a repeat customer over many years, they simply denied my request and said find someone else.

The technician came and was so nice and resolved the problem for my washing machine. I finally got around to writing a review so this was repaired about 4 months ago. Ive had no problems with it since. I just called the company to have the technician come back for my fridge. I highly recommend this company. Customer support has been excellent. Technician very professional and knew what he was doing.

GNA technician used a drain pump in washer (probably refurbished/ fake) which failed after 5 months. When I called them, they didn't care and said they will fully charge me for replacing it again!!! I won't recommend this company at all.

FINALLY a company and technician that knows what they are doing! My just over one year old dryer has had more issues than I can even detail here. I had 2 others appliance repair companies come out to fix the problem but all they did was charge me and did nothing. Spent so much money for nothing! Very frustrating. Finally a neighbour of mine gave me the number and name of her technician and he came out and resolved the issue. Im so relieved. I wish I had called them in the first place. I rarely leave reviews because I dont have a lot of time but I felt the knowledge of this technician and the customer service person that arranged my service call deserved to be recognized. 5 stars from me.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Honest and knowledgeable company. Dont waste your time and money by going anywhere else. Our repair technician was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Cant thank them enough for taking great care of us, we are pensioners so we really appreciated your support and patience. Will definitely be recommending their company to our family and friends.

Great service! The technician, Ilya, was very professional, pleasant and quick. Finding the right control board for our old KitchenAid Wall Oven and installing it was no problem at all. Highly recommend this company.

Courteous telephone service upon first contact. The technician, Viktor, arrived as scheduled on a bitterly cold New's Eve day and quickly diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered and within a few days, Viktor returned and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Viktor was most courteous and efficient especially having to work in a frigid garage on New Year's Eve! Barry

I needed to repair my dryer. It began to sound like there were rocks in the drum. The serviceman (Gilal) was able to come the same day as my call. Gilal repaired the dryer at that time, as the problem did not need parts. He is very professional, and pleasant. I originally wasn't sure how GNA came to present at my door, because I had wanted to have a local serviceman do the work, but how your company services many areas was explained, and he left it to me whether he came in or not. By the end of the repair, I now see the benefit of a large repair company with technicians serving different areas. I felt bad to have grilled Gilal. I will call GNA again if I need to, and would recommend GNA to others in the future.
