We got a couple of quotes that were ridiculous. We considered calling it a day and buying a new washing machine. We got this number from a relative and have not looked back. Vitaly was prompt, professional and extremely efficient. He told us the truth, in his opinion. And to top it all off, the price was pretty fair! Im keeping the number in my contacts and would recommend this company anytime!

My dryer was not heating and figured I need to replace the coil. Called the company and requested for service, the staff was professional, got an appointment asap and had the tech come over for service. Vitaly was amazing, replaced the coil and completed the job on time. Pleasant, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company for any repairs or services.

I thought that we would have to go out and buy a new machine. We had this for over 15 years, and suddenly it just would not work. GNA was our second call. We were impressed with their professionalism on the phone. They got our model number and the tech was equipped with parts for our machine. He identified the problem in less than a minute, had the part on his truck and replaced a switch that I did not know existed.

Although the part took just about three weeks to come in, (not anyones fault) Vitally was very efficient, punctual and tidy.

Vitaly was great, he was on-time and finished repairing our dryer very quickly. Overall highly recommend if you need dryer/washer repair.

Vitaly came to look at my washing machine. He quickly told me that it would be cheaper and quicker for me to replace it. Although I didnt want to purchase a new one, I appreciated the honestly. I will certainly use GNA Appliances again.
