Our washer went down on Friday afternoon and a call to Appliance Repair had us booked in no time for a service call. Our tech, Vitaly, was right in time, called ahead as promised, and had us up and running in about 20 minutes. This was our first experience with Appliance Repair and we would certainly recommend them again.

Tech Vitaly called ahead and was on time (actually a little early) which was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

We had a Samsung dryer failed on us, contacted GNA and got an appointment next day. Mr Vitaly came early, very professionally, he explained what was wrong and also what needed to be done. The appliance was fixed within 20 minutes.

I contacted GNA Appliances because my freezer drawer was broken & couldnt be opened. Vitaly came quickly & easily figured out that there waa a broken rail that would have to be replaced, which he was able to do at my convenience. He behaved very professionally & Was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him.

We have a Kenmore dryer from Sears that is now not in business in Canada. Vasily was great, diagnosed the problem and left us a fix to try while checking on part availability. Came back next day to install within minutes. Would definitely call Vasily again, he's a 10/10 but because of the cost of the parts & labour being so expensive, I'd rate the company 8.5/10.

Had problem wit Samsung refrigerator (production 2014, in service since 2016). Contacted GNA Appliances (Sunday evening) and right away they schedule appointment for convenient for me time. Mr. Vitaliy came (on time) and did detailed diagnostic, explain exact problem and how to fix it with out any parts replacement (need to defrost, ice build up was the problem) I was impressed of his professionalism and knowledge. Definitely will use them again in the future (hopefully not soon :)) I would recommend this company for all your needs. Keep excellent job/service rolling. Thank you Vassil Bankovsky

+++++Update: After sending a complain to the company, they have made a full refund of the service. Even though, I am not happy with the service and the recommendation they made, But I appreciate that their management took the time to look into the case and didn't ignore our request. I am not able to recommend the service but I would recommend this company which has good core values. ++++++ The technician didn't pull out the dishwasher for inspection. He just did a visual inspection from the front panel and within 30 seconds he made his conclusion. Wrong Part number was identified as the damaged part. The technician mentioned that "this part is not available in Canada and If GNA appliances does not have this part, no one else would have it in Canada"! The technician charged for the visit and left without any clear solution. His recommendation was to replace this unit since they are "Known to be cancer". Called another service provider they fixed it without a delay

Had an issue with my washing machine not draining. I have a LG front loader. The repair man was very polite and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. He ordered the part and came back a couple of days later and install it all within half hour. This company will be getting all my business. They are fantastic. Highly recommend this company especially for us women that absolutely hate when we cant do laundry.

Ilya was the Best!! Ill use this service again and ask for him! Dishwasher works better then it ever did.
