Alex did a great job fixing my washing machine Hes knowledgeable and very professional

Quick response time, provided quote and part cost. Service time was flexible with my work schedule. Came in, politely explained the issue and was able to resolve it for us within a days notice.

Our washing machine would power on and close but it would not start. I asked for quotes from homestars and Oleh was one of the first to respond. He was a bit late for our first appointment, but he made the correct diagnosis of the door locking mechanism and followed all COVID safety protocols. We scheduled a follow up after the part came in and the repair was done quickly and on time. Would recommend using Oleh again in the future.

OLEH fixed my oven and cook top in Richmond Hill. We needed new parts for both. He got them in two days and fixed them both. He always arrived at the exact time he promised. Worked very carefully. I would call him any time if I need any of my appliances to get fixed.
