Fence

External front steps railing
Project was completed within the timeframe given and at the quoted cost. Queries were answered the same day. The estimator was helpful in choosing a suitable style of railing. I was very impressed by the care taken on the installation (hence the rating.) The old railing was removed without damage to the wall. Time was taken to ensure the new railing was fitted properly and any gaps were filled & touched up. The company delivered as promised!

Front Porch Stair Railing
Alex was prompt and responsive in all our communications. During the estimate, he thoroughly walked us through the various options available, ensuring we understood everything. On the day of installation the process was smooth and professional. Despite it being a small job, Alex and Peter treated it with great care and never made us feel like it wasn't worth their time. We couldn't be happier with the results. Many thanks to Alex and Peter. I highly recommend Elite Rail Construction without hesitation and would gladly use their services again.

Railings and Guards
We required railings/guards at two locations (home and inlaws), for new porch and stairs last fall. Alex was exceptional to work with throughout the entire process (working with both myself and my inlaws). All communications were very clear and everything was outlined perfectly and clearly. Very prompt to respond to any questions. Work was completed within the scheduled time, coordinated between the two locations, and the installation was great! Even after almost a year, everything is holding up perfectly, and everything still looks as good as it did when first installed. We are looking at adding some additional rails as well this year for additional safety and support!

Railing and Gate
The cost seems high, but $2,500 of it was for a custom gate that looks beautiful and has a spectacular weight and closing mechanism. The railing itself looks beautiful and they came back to touch up the aluminum that had to be cut, so you do not have those silver lines that you get with cheap installs. The owner was very easy to reach and quick to respond. Nothing negative to say at all. Thank you

Front Entrance Railings
Thank you to Alex for his patience and professionalism as we had to wait for completion of another project that prevented the installation of the railings. He was always available to answer my questions in a timely fashion. Thank you to Peter for the installation of the railings. We are soo happy with the service and choice of railings and design. Definitely recommend Elite Rail Construction. They are awesome.

Front Porch Railings
Needed railings for new porch and stairs. Alex was very professional, gave us options to consider and shared his perspectives. Work was done well, on the agreed upon price and within the promised window. We are happy!

Railing installation for stairs and porch
Worked with them on installing new railings for my stairs and porch. Very good suggestions on the design and colour. They are also very patient with me when I asked them to make modification post installation. I would definitely recommend them.
