they were the only ones who didn't charge for an estimate, which is rare. They gave an immediate quote to fix some cracks and clean my chimney which hadn't been used in many years and was in rough shape. They were fast and cleaned up great.

Dan & Dad (Shay) did an incredible job cleaning and checking our fireplace. We recently leased a home and weren't sure if the fireplace was in working condition. They did a complimentary consultation, then cleaned our fireplace and chimney. They also educated us on proper use and maintenance, which was really helpful. It's so refreshing to find people who are experts in their field, take pride and care in the work they do and who offer such personable and helpful customer service. They took their time to do everything properly, ensuring there was no mess, cleaning afterwards and letting us know what they were doing throughout the process. Thank you! Amazing! We have lived in our house for about 35 years and had the chimney cleaned for the first time about 2 years ago, ( not Pro Handy Solutions) After about 3 fires this year we noticed smoke in the house, so I checked reviews and decided on Pro Handy Solutions. They were friendly as well as on time.When the chimney cleaning was finished they had removed 5 times more creasote than the first company! I would strongly recommend them to anyone. I will be a customer for life!

My furnace and water tank was given red tags due to debris in the chimney flue. I called Pro Handy Solutions and they were able to come the following day on a Sunday. Dan and his Dad quickly and efficiently cleared the debris and deep cleaned the flue. They left the area perfectly clean. This allowed me to call the the gas fitter and get the red tag removed that day. I was very happy with the work and would recommend them.

Fantastic service! This father-son team surpassed all expectations - not a drop of dust or smell anywhere at any time during the cleaning, and they spent a lot of time teaching me how to properly use and care for my fireplace (even doing a short video for future reference). I would 100% recommend them and will have them back every year for maintenance.

Dan and his dad were just terrific! It was easy to book my appointment and Dan called 1/2 hour beforehand to say they were on their way. My chimney hadnt been cleaned in a few years and they did the most thorough cleaning Ive ever had. They protected my walls and floors and tidied up afterwards. I highly recommend them!
