I highly recommend Arash. I contacted him to inspect the front pillars of my house that I thought were shifting. He came at the agreed upon date and time - soon after I contacted him. He did a thorough inspection on the inside and outside. He provided me with verbal recommendation, followed by an email. He is very knowledgeable. He was polite, personable and took time to explain. He gave practical advice for going forward. He followed up to ensure I understood his recommendations.

I bought an older bungalow built in the 1960s with a non conventional home structure. I reached out to Arash to help determine if certain walls were structural because I wanted to break it down to create open concept environment. Arash came TWICE to check to make sure assessment was accurate.

We hired Arash to put together some drawings with the intent of updating the layout of our 60-year old home. This included removing load bearing walls to open up the space and adding a powder room and ensuite bathroom. Arash was knowledgeable and available to help answer any of our questions along the way. We'd use him again without question.

I hired Utes to provide structural and HVAC drawings with some architectural support. Arash and his team did an amazing job, they listened and executed. Arash and Utes did an excellent job helping us with drawings and obtaining permits from the city. I think it would have taken us twice as long to obtain permits if it wasnt for Arash and his persistence and professionalism. Thanks so much!!

Arash came to inspect our +100 year old home in the Fall related to some questions that had arisen about structural issues. Communication was prompt and reliable the whole way through the process. On site we found Arash to be professional, diligent and thorough as well as an exceptional communicator - sharing and explaining what he was finding and would be looking for as part of the assessment. He answered questions thoroughly and provided recommendations. He encouraged us to contact him again if we were doing construction work that exposed the footing and wished him to consult; when that happened this spring he responded promptly and with the professionalism previously described.
