Optimax has cleaned our carpets for the last few years. We have three buildings with four floors. Todd always does a great job, is polite, efficient, and professional. He also offers to clean residents carpets and furniture and they have all been very pleased with the price he charges and the results. We will continue to hire him.

Todd was great to deal with, professional, prompt and did a great cleaning our older carpets and one of our armchairs. Rate was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
