Our move required two trips from two different apartments to our new home, and John and his crew brought their good vibes and professional efficiency to what could have been a stressful morning. Everything was wrapped and moved carefully, and they didn't even flinch at tackling some of the trickier and heavier items, or at moving things up and down stairs. John communicated clearly throughout the booking and moving process, and the rate was exactly what he had quoted. Highly, highly recommended!

The moment that I requested a quote, John was calling me almost instantly. That's the type of service you get with Paradise Movers. John made sure to always be available at any moment, worked around my busy schedule, and he even provided suggestions to save me money. When his team showed up they were on time, very polite, prepared and organized. They brought their own supplies and made sure to communicate clearly how their trip was going to work. T his was a big move. Totally professional crew. Thoughtful planning and flawless execution on a big residential move. Not a thing was damaged or lost and items placed logically so you can still live in the space as you settle in. I highly recommend John and his team.

We sold our house and my wife had to leave for a month due to urgent family matters. I found Paradise movers on Home Stars and used their packing services and moving services. John was helpful and patient made it happen. They came and helped us pack a few days before the move and moved us in the middle of a heat wave. I also had them move my daughter too and that was as smooth as silk.

The movers were great. John is very professional, friendly and upbeat. He called to schedule the job and asked for pics of what would be moved so that he could arrange the most efficient use of time and service. They arrived on time and did a seemless move of very heavy items on an extremely hot day with no complaints or changes. John is very accommodating and helpful. I hired John and Paradise Movers to move our belongings to a storage unit while we sold our home and then from our home (and the storage unit) to the new home. Really professional, took great care of our belongings and explained everything really well. I HIGHLY recommend them!

The perfect 5 stars for Paradise Movers are for real! When I was searching online for a residential mover, I really doubted the perfect stars but I'm here to tell you that they are for real. John and his crew moved us into our new home in Richmond Hill perfectly. Not a single scratch. Not a single problem. They went out of their way to help us however we needed going above and beyond my expectations. I would give them one million stars here if I could and I've already raved about them to family and friends.
