After multiple delays and reschedulings, owing mainly to unpredictable, inclement November weather shifts, Arbor Care finally descended on our residence to prune a towering silver maple tree thats been a fixture in our backyard for decades. Their arrival and mobilization in front of our house was nothing short of a co-ordinated military operation, with Don leading his charges into battle. Two massive trucks, which occupied half the width of the street, shredded and carted away all tree branches, ropes and pulleys dangled from the tree as a tree-climber equipped with a chain-saw swung fearlessly limb from limb removing dead twigs and sprigs, all the while a crew waited underneath armed with rakes and leaf blowers to collect any falling debris. It was quite impressive watching how synchronized their movements were as they functioned as a single unit. The crew were, furthermore, conscientious, amiable and receptive to any impulsive requests you asked of them. Within three hours, Arbor Care removed several major boughs and thinned out the rest of the silver maples crown. Accordingly, our backyard has more sunlight now for our garden. Arbor Care left our property spotless; it was as if they never visited our property. We would contact Don and his talented crew again for any other tree service project and would recommend Arbor Care wholeheartedly to others.

These guys did an excellent job quick and cleaned up the site. You couldnt tell they were even here, thats how clean it is. Highly recommended.

Don responded quickly to my call, gave me a quote and booked the service for us, all within one week. His team worked efficiently and carefully to remove the heavy vines that were choking our large red pine in our backyard. We are happy with the result and hope this means our beautiful tree will continue a long and healthy life! The work also included removing dead branches from this tree and others in our yard. Don and his team removed two trees in my backyard. One was damaging my fence and foundation. The team was efficient, professional, took the trees down and ground the stumps and even put my fence back together. Don helped us through the city permitting process. Cant recommend them enough.

A large tree cracked and fell on my roof. Don and his team were fast to devise a plan, they made it a point to visit the site immediately to ensure no damages and came back on Monday with a crane and successfully removed the tree. The team is professional, knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.
