Loris was working on a project next door that impressed us. So we were eager to have Loris do our project. It was a lot of decisions for 70+ people to make pressure treated/cedar/composite/wood railing/metal railing?? The base/supports are as solid as a rock. Even though it was pricey to go with composite, we are very glad to have gone that way it will add a lot of value to our home/property. We appreciated the pattern that Loris recommended for the decking up-scale, not run of the mill. We especially appreciated that Loris built wide stepped stairs removed trip hazard. Each piece of composite was meticulously cut. High quality patio stones were put under each set of stairs making for excellent support and ease of grass cutting. Black landscaping fabric covered with crushed stone was laid under all the decking gives such a clean finished look. Same for under the stairs. The black metal railing was the finishing touch. Everything was finished to a high quality!! Loris became a special friend as he worked on our deck. He was attentive to our concerns and continually helped us make good decisions. Conzan is an honest, fair, reliable, polite, creative,and details-oriented design-and-build contractor that honours its quotes and commitments. Conzan consulted us on our needs, then designed and presented design and material options for us to review and revise together. Then, Conzan scheduled and built our stunning yet functional inclined, curvilinear walkway directly to our front door. Conzan also designed a wide-stepped set of back porch stairs that was within our budget. In the building phase, Conzan remained attentive and fastidious about the details. The finishing process demonstrated Conzan's skill with finessing the final product(s).

Our backyard was barron, bland lot of grass no landscaping , garden or patio. Loris had the perfect vision for our needs shortly after consultation came a beautiful backyard patio & garden we enjoy Spring to Fall and the view is nice year round. We get many compliments. His work ethic was professional, kind and the attention to detail impeccable. Project was competed in a timely fashion with fair pricing .Highly recommend.
