If you want an upgrade in the quality of tenants you are dealing with, I would recommend Park Place. I have been with them for a year now, and the quality of tenants is much better.

LOOK ELSEWHERE!! If you're looking for property managers who will manage your rentals while you're away/incapable, stay away from this company. Within a 60 days of working with Park Place, my sales took a hard hit, there were damages to the door (that they failed to take responsibility for), house items went missing (they refused to take responsibility of that too). My house plants died because they just didn't care. Communication was always a struggle and they never responded quickly as advertised. Sometimes I had to remind them more than twice on simple matters. You don't want the headache, look elsewhere.
