Alex did a great job cleaning a VERY dirty white chair and three white ottomons - the price to have pets I guess! They came out much better than I was expecting given the start point. He was sincere, fair and prompt! Super easy to work with. We also had him clean our couch. Will def use him again and would recommend.

My Dog had a recent bout of nausea and decided to vomit all over the house. He was able to affect 3 large couches and 2 area rugs. The smell in the house was horrible. We initially used the house hold stain/ odor removers that we always do but this time they didn't work, the odor was just too strong. I called From Dark to Light Carpet & Upholstery Care based on the HomeStars reviews and I am glad i did. Nik answered my call, assured me they could help, gave me a great price and booked in the service. Both Nik and Alex showed up at my house on time, they completed the cleaning and the smell is gone. This was money well spent and I highly recommend these guys!

I hired From Dark To Light to clean my carpets (which had serious stains left by a previous painter) and my off white sofa (which I know required very delicate care). From my first contact through prompt arrival to cleaning carpets and sofa, Alex and Nik were excellent. I will never know how they got the stains out of my carpet that I believed would be there for life. I was also so impressed by how much care they put into cleaning my sofa, taking one step at a time to ensure there were never any issues. This will be my go to cleaning company.

Alex did a fantastic job cleaning the basement carpets that has been extremely dirty. He came twice to cleanup the carpets and we were very happy with his service. Very polite, responsible, on time and great service.

These guys do such a good job. We've had them two or three times now and am always super satisfied. They arrive on time. Move the furniture. Explain exactly what they're planning and do it in a very professional manner. And the carpets always look great. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Couldn't have asked for a better duo of Alex and Nik. They were very quick in response to the posting, and were extremely informative over the phone in our initial chat. From there they showed up very quickly and promptly and were very quick but attentive to their detail. My carpets look brand new and I couldn't be more thankful.

I wanted our condo's very dirty carpets cleaned quickly after our tenants left. Alex made contact very quickly, was able to give me an appointment the next day, kept me updated about timing to ensure that he could finish in time for me to leave for work, gave me good information about the process and expectations, and did an excellent job on our beige carpets! Will definitely use them to clean the carpets at home soon!

Our white basement carpet had been abused first by teenagers, then by a year of renovations. We honestly didn't think it could be restored. I called Alex based on the reviews. He was helpful and clear about what they could do. We set a date, he was in touch the day before to confirm. He and Nik arrived on time and set straight to work. They checked in at one point to show us the progress. And it was fantastic! The carpet looks great and I am really happy with their service.
