    Amazing

    I spoke to Dustin Friday morning and he was able to come out in the afternoon, that never happens!! Within minutes he had the issue with my bar fridge figured. I will support local companies like this in a heart beat, they will definitely go in my contact list for anything I need in the future!! Thank you!

    Install microwave ice and install outside exhaust.

    Great workmanship, very thorough and professional. Asked for a quote, Dustin came over and not only installed OVR right then. But also arranged for carpenter to come and do the duct work.

    Install of Dishwasher and OTR Microwave 2022

    Dustin was recommended and arrived at the appointed time. He removed appliances and re-installed two new appliances in a very timely manner. There was a standard charge for each appliance. (The price also included hauling old one away for disposal) I am very pleased with his professional work, he was neat, timely and made sure to test both appliances. I have no trouble recommending this business for work.

    Over the range microwave installation

    Professional, good price. Prompt with communication. Cleaned after work. Good workmanship. Would definitely refer and use services for other jobs

    Gas oven repair

    An appliance store recommended Dustin from Elektra Energy and provided his contact number. An error code was noted on my oven touch screen requiring a service call. Dustin arrived in less than 2 hours and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 30mins. I was very satisfied with the prompt, professional service and requested Dustin’s business card for future work.

    Check out a couple of faulty electrical outlets and find default and fix brand new washer

    He was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He was polite and honest, and went above and beyond by explaining why my lights were flickering and what was wrong with the washer - by doing this he put my mind at ease (my lights weren’t putting anyone in danger as I live on a condo) and (I could keep the washer and know that the default he fixed would not mean trouble with the machine down the road). An exceptional experience - I would recommend Elektra to everyone without hesitation.

    Outside Electrical and CAT6

    Dustin did an amazing job from a demanding customer (me) who changed his mind a couple times. In the end the job looks fantastic and O can now have cameras at the back of my garden and also work on the deck with my laptop.

    Wall outlet in kitchen and new breaker install

    We contacted 5 electricians for quotes and came up with a huge difference in $$$ . Dustin was the most thorough in an on site visit and the most reasonable. He started the project as soon as we gave the go ahead on Thursday afternoon and completed it on Friday afternoon. We could not be more pleased with his work ethic, quality of service, and responsiveness. He will be our go to electrician for future porjects.

    Washing Machine Repair

    First time using Hime Stars and was quite impressed. Was contacted shortly after my request, set up a time, Dustin called to let me know when he was going to arrive, assessed our washer, told us the costs involved and we decided to buy a new one. Dustin was very personable, polite, easy to talk to and gave us a fair evaluation of work involved. Highly recommend this service as the businesses and personnel are vetted through Home Stars. That way you know they aren’t some con artist trying to get your money.
