St. Louis Roofing reviews (57)

Julian at St. Louis Roofing provided exceptional service from the initial assessment through to completion. He arrived on time, demonstrated extensive expertise, and took a thorough approach to resolving a persistent leak caused by a previous contractor’s inadequate work. What began as a request for repairs ultimately required a complete flat roof replacement. Julian installed new materials and waterproofing layers, then water-tested the finished roof to confirm the problem had been resolved. That extra care gave us much-needed confidence after dealing with ongoing leaks. Julian gave a fair price for the job. The results speak for themselves: our roof has remained completely leak-free, even through heavy rainfall. We couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and would confidently recommend Julian and St. Louis Roofing.

We were delighted with St. Louis Roofing. Julian went the extra mile for a very reasonable price. He installed our eavestrough and ensured it was the right colour, even though we had said it didn't matter. He also fixed a loose shingle for us for no extra cost. An excellent experience.

I hired St. Louis Roofing to clean and install leaf guard on my eaves. Julian was very fast and efficient. He also took time to take videos of each stage of his job, including cleaning and after the leaf guard was installed, to show his work since I couldn’t see. Very hardworking and got the job done well! Thanks Julian!

Julian did a great job

Was prompt and professional both with communication and completing the project, which involved fixing our overflowing gutters.

Julian reached out to me soon after I posted my requirements. He also showed up the next business day - prepared to go up there and take a comprehensive look at what's going on. Others who showed up simply brought drones and were showing me some footage on small screens quoting me to replace the whole roof instead of helping me understand what's going on and proposing a fix for it. Julian didn't do that. He showed me what's going on, clearly explained to me the root cause of the issue and proposed a permanent solution for it. It didn't involve replacing the whole roof, needless to say. I requested him to do the work as soon as possible and he was there the next business day with his helper to complete the work without any fuss. While he was up there, he also noticed another minor issue and took care of it without any additional up-charge. I appreciate the honesty, willingness to educate me and accommodating my work request in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Julian of St. Louis Roofing for the excellent job. Would recommend to anyone with with downspout/eavestrough issues. Very knowledgeable and the job was done quickly.
