Steve is the best, got the job done as quickly as possible. & alas as I was fixing the backyard around 6pm, looked ip and saw squirrels actually live trying to go into the attics but what Steve installed totally prevented them from going in. Hope that will eventually solve the squirrels from entering the house ever again and looking forward to seeing you guys for the check up in two weeks.Answer from pro:

These people are great they are always punctual and I had a roach problem at my home and they were able to take care of it. They are fair and give the prices up front. The team explained everything that they were doing and find around the house during the inspection. Can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend if you're looking for any form of pest control to contact them and look no further. Not only did they offer a very reasonable quote but notified us when they were on their way and very patient in answering all questions.Answer from pro:

We have experienced very annoying noises from squirrels for a long time. They came in 3 steps, a thorough inspection followed by a very serious traps setting including attic, crawling space, and finished up by a complete sealing of all potential entrances. The result is all noises are now completely gone. During the process, the manager of the company, honored customers' opinion and make us a happy customer. This is a company you can feel relaxed to let them come and perform to a very high standard. We are very satisfied and highly recommend their service.Answer from pro:

They are so helpful, thorough, and attentive. It's worth every penny in my opinion. I had bed bugs in my apt and was super scared/freaked out, and didn't trust my landlord to provide me with an effective solution. I called them and they were quick to find a date and get the job done. I had so much peace of mind from the moment I first spoke with them. Since then, which was about a month ago, I reach out to them whenever I see anything pest-related in my apt, and they never cease to provide amazing customer service in record response times, giving me honest and helpful advice without ever trying to push sales. I have to say I am extremely impressed with this company! These guys were just great to work with. Quick, responsive, knowledgeable and reasonable. We had a mice issue which I feel that has been resolved. We obviously have to give it another week or so to be 100% but their service is great because they check back with you to make sure the issue is completed. Thanks also for helping my mom’s house be secured from all rodents! It's rare that coordinating and correspondence is easy and pleasant, but with these guys, it really is. We reached out to them with a bug issue, and they got back to us immediately. Throughout the entire process, we found them to be knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. The tech answered all our panicked questions with a level of patience I’ve never seen. They not only provided thorough and efficient services, but their confidence and level of transparency made what could have been a chaotic process smooth and easy. I've been using them from last 2 years and have always been satisfied with their service. Very polite and organized with a quick response. Recently I had a terrible roach infestation. The first treatment knocked most of them out, but there were still stragglers. They came back for a second treatment free of charge. So this company stands behind its work. What really made it a pleasant experience was dealing with the exterminator who came out. He was super courteous and thorough in his treatments. I appreciate his professionalism and if I ever need pest control again I will know who to call.Answer from pro:

I am so grateful to have hired this company. They have been not only professional and responsible but genuinely nice. Also, they are quick to respond and give various options for appointments. We had a serious cockroach problem but discovered there was also a mouse problem as well. I want to say thank you to the management and our technician. They respond right away, schedule an appointment pretty fast and do a very thorough job. The tech was a professional, listened and answered all our questions and concerns. We called this company to do rodents inspection of our new house. The tech came to our house right on time. Very nice and trustworthy guy. He checked the house completely and in very great detail. He is such a professional and honest guy and also guided us with some other pest control problems and told us how to prevent it. Great attitude!
