Glenn did a great job at updating our powder room and replacing the toilet and vanity. The job was complicated and took a day longer than anticipated but I really appreciated that he was open and honest with communicating, and honoured the original price quoted. Would definitely hire again for the next project.

We hired Glenn for our bathroom renovation and are so happy with the results. He does really nice, skilled work. Very transparent and honest with billing and material costs. Glenn did a fantastic job. He knew exactly what he was doing, all the while giving me a step by step explanation what was needed and why. The renovation was completed in a timely manner with emphasis on minimizing materials costs. The entire bathroom looks new and fresh. I am delighted. Kenney Contracting did an exceptional job renovating our basement. They provided a detailed quote and stayed on budget. Glenn and his team did meticulous work and had some great suggestions. The job was a 75% gut and rebuild with new kitchenette, tear down wall and re-drywall, new LED pot lights and electrical, carpet installation (managed sub trade). One of my favourite things is the custom barn door at the bottom of the stairs that Glenn suggested, to hide the electrical panel and create a closet at the same time. He sourced the custom door locally which kept the cost down. Another great item is the sturdy rustic storage shelving along an entire wall. If something was tricky, Glenn would put his thinking cap on and come up with an out of the box idea. We would use Kenney Contracting again for any big or small project, and highly recommend them. And Glenn is an awesome guy!
