    Replaced leaking hot water tank with flash hot water system

    Adam came out to look at our hot water tank for free, gave us options and a reasonable quote. After a long weekend he and his partner Jonny were able to replace our old tank with a tankless unit within a few hours, leaving the space clean and encouraged me to ask questions and explained how the unit works. Very satisfied with the friendly, professional and informative service from Chambers. Plan to use them on other plumbing projects in my 48 year old house.

    Gas line relocation

    Shout out to Brett from Chambers Plumbing and Heating. Brett arrived on time, did great work moving a gas line to relocate our bbq, even helped move the bbq to its new location. Everything was tested before he left, permit completed and he left a clean work site. Highly recommend this local company.

    Kitchen sink clear out! Very plugged

    Chambers answered their phone! That was first plus. Then scheduled an appt that met our schedule. Were on time and completed all that was necessary to get our kitchen sink working. Clean up was amazing!

    New water heater

    Called Chambers Plumbing and Heating when our hot water heater began ti malfunction. Brett attended first thing and determined we needed a new water heater and gave a full explanation as to why. They came back a day and a half later and installed it. Brett and his crew were very professional, clean and on time. I would highly recommend them for any work.

    Very Impressed

    On Friday of the Alberta family day long weekend after returning from out of town and doing laundry I discovered my hot water tank leaking. Luckily I caught it early and turned the water off. In searching fo. Local plumber in St Albert I again was lucky to call Chambers Plubing. Brett answered while on another Job. His initial intent to respond as soon as he was done was initially thought to be delayed due to the job he was on. Once again he called me back and said in wold be over in an hour, after the dinner hour on a long weekend. From the moment he came to the door I was impressed by him . After a quick inspecting and confirming he had a new tank in his truck he proceeded on his own to tackle the job. It was about an hour and three quarters to the time it was completed including some general information on this model and warrant information. I was vey impressed with his five star service, demeanour and efficiency. I highly recommend Brett who is the owner operator of a relatively new family business. In speaking to my daughter later she said she was aware of his excellent reputation in the community from online and in person comments shad seen and head. I wont be going anywhere else for plumbing services in St Albert. Most surprising was the lack of extra charges for an evening call out on a Friday night if a long weekend. Thank you very much Brett

    Jet tub faucet replacement

    Brett from Chambers Plumbing and Heating replaced my leaky faucets in my jet tub. Brett was on time, extremely professional and within time and budget. His work was outstanding, costs were fair, and left me feeling great about his work. Brett has great patience as he listened to my concerns and answered them 100% to my satisfaction. He also give a military friendly rate. Bretts attention to detail is outstanding. Looking at his tools, they are well organized, clean and dont look like they have been tossed around the back of his truck like some plumbers do. His clean up was complete and clean as thats important to me been ex military.

    Continually Impressed

    We had Chambers come out in 2022 for a kitchen sink that wouldnt drain and were very impressed. Not only did Brett give us many options to solve the problem, he was honest about which ones would be a short term fix that would likely result in us needing him to come back again and what improvements could be done for a permanent fix & hopefully not run into the same thing again. So when we had a problem this week with our toilet, I didnt event hesitate to call Chambers again to help! They are always so professional, honest, and kind. I highly recommend them!

    toilet replacement

    We had an older leaky toilet and decide to replace it. Brett gave us a free quote and then he and Dennis installed a new one. We are 100% satisfied.

    Canada Day Long Weekend Surprise!

    Nothing but impressed, start to finish. We hosted friends for dinner on the Saturday and that night it became apparent that our hot water tank was not working. Sunday I tried lighting the pilot, got it going then it would blow out, tried a number of times but no luck. I began to inspect the outside of the tank and saw rust seepage at the seams, not good for an 11 year old tank. I contacted Chambers through their onsite booking system expecting a reply on Tuesday, after the long weekend. Much to my surprise I got a call from Brett almost immediately. Without additional cost or "emergency callout fees" we scheduled a replacement for the next day...the stat holiday. Brett was early, efficient, knowledgeable, neat and extremely courteous. Nothing but a positive experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the help! Chris

    Sub pump

    Excellent customer service. They responded promptly to my request and were out the following day. Gave me a quote on the spot and it was replaced in less than 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They are local and I would definitely have them back in the future if a plumbing need should arise. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!!
