Domenic from Blue Ladder Home Improvements did excellent work retiling our shower and changing our outdated hardware. He was very responsive, flexible, and he finished the project fast! Domenic was very pleasant to work with. He committed to finishing the job once he start do in 3 weeks time (roughly) I had all accomplished which is great. A few issues came up: he hired a tile guy to finish my bathroom but instead of having the tile guy complete grout and caulking, he did it. This area of work is not his strength so I had to have him back a bunch of times to fill little holes. The caulking was all wrong (colour) and while he did say hed use white, I thought he meant around my lighter coloured tiles. I removed all the caulking and redid it myself. It now looks great. I ordered pea gravel for my walkway along my house and I got 3/4 gravel. They were almost done when I got home so I just decided to leave it. But its not what I requested. There were a few pieces of granite were broken during the renovation which required a replacement, fortunately Id already bought a full granite slab so it was easy enough to have him go have another one cut. He did a great job on replacing my fence gate, it looks great. He did a great job of finishing my stairs. He always came back to fix whatever issue that came up. My advice: make sure the quote you receive is crystal clear on what is/is not included. The initial one I received was very vague and when we started going through details, he would tell me certain things werent included. Make sure you keep a copy of every revision to the quote. Once a quote is changed on the system, you cant review the old one to compare.

One word - PHENOMENAL Honestly the pictures do not do justice to the framing work done by the team at Blue Ladder. What started with a dream, became a vision and now a reality. Im so happy and satisfied with the quality and attention to detail of work. Very knowledgeable and experienced - they know what they are doing!. Easy to talk to and express design changes without resistance.

Dominic and his assistants were great to work with. Reasonable price, super fast and reliable and thorough and professional. The work they did was excellent and beautifully done. Dominic accommodated any problems that arose during the work quickly and competently. He was sensitive to the fact that for one of the jobs I needed quiet and as little mess as possible as I was running a business in the area of the job. He and his assistants had great energy and it was a pleasure to have them in my home.

We hired Blue Ladder to replace the front porch and stairs on our 100 year old home. We wanted to retain the heritage railings, and Domenic designed the stairs to tie everything in. I had a wonderful experience with Blue Ladder. Domenic gave me a quote in a timely fashion, and delivered in the promised timeline. He replaced my ravaged old deck, and and porch steps, and I absolutely love them! They are very fast, and the work is very good. Domenic is communicative, courteous, and takes pride in his work.
