When getting new windows installed we found that the framing had all been rotten and covered in mold for 2 frames. Domenic came in and was able to review and fix the problem all in the same day. Was really efficient, did good work, and communicated everything with me so that I understood each part of the process. I will definitely be giving Blue Ladder next time.

We hired Blue Ladder to install new rails and flooring for the balcony. They finished the job in a timely manner and workmanship has exceeded our expectations. Dominique knows what he is doing and had delivered a fine job.

I have been a client of Domenic, the owner of Blue Ladder Home Improvements for several years now. I have several rental properties in Toronto that Domenic has been helping me out with since I started getting into renting out properties. Dominic has always been prompt and professional. The prices are consistently fair, and the quality of the work is amazing! He has done all sorts of work for me ranging from big jobs such as complete kitchen and bathroom renovations, to small jobs such as changing locks, installing my security cameras etc. I even trust Domenic while I'm not around, he has always been truthful and honest, which is a rare thing these days when it comes to contractors.
