Grande Tile and Reno Plus renovated our two bathrooms, built a master bedroom closet, painted bedrooms and removed the stippled ceiling in our bedroom. Howard was amazing at guiding us through the process and assisted us to choose complimentary colours for our tile and grout! John is an awesome tile setter. He is an expert at his trade and very respectful! Nick did an exceptional job of our master bedroom closet with beautifully hung doors! Nick is an expert carpenter-electrician/plumber. Ming is a fastidious painter and expertly repaired the damaged drywall areas. By the end we were ready for the project to be finished. There were some minor adjustments and Howard does make sure there is ongoing customer satisfaction which is to be commended Thank you Chris and Dave

We hired Grand Tile and Reno Plus to remove old ceramic tiles in the entrance area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and install new porcelain tiles in all these areas. It included removal of appliances and a pantry and bring them back after installation was complete. They also removed old tiles in an old shower area, fixed the curb, prepared the area for water proof and installed new porcelain tiles and a new glass door. They did all the plumbing and installations in all these areas. During the preparation time, we visited Howard in his store in Newmarket, and he was very helpful advising us on choosing the right tiles and technical details of the installation. They have a large variety of tiles on display and we appreciated his advice throughout the project. Howard and his team on site were very friendly, professional and helpful and addressed all our concerns and requests. After the installation was complete, the team properly addressed our request for final adjustments. We are happy with the work done by Grand Tile and Reno Plus and will definitely hire them for tile projects in the future. We strongly recommend Grand Tile and Reno Plus

Howard and his crew provided us with exceptional customer service and workmanship. They were very professional and the project was completed as per the contact and within the budget. The project was completed on time. We had contracted Grand Tile and Reno plus to do our kitchen renovation. They designed and built our basement kitchen. Although the main floor kitchen was designed and installed by a different kitchen company we had used Grand Tile and Reno plus as contractors to do the demolition along with the floor tile, countertop and backsplash installation. They also did the plumbing, electrical, painting and general contracting for our basement and main floor kitchen. From the start, we dealt with Howard and his project manager Jay. Howard was always very professional in all aspects from the beginning to the end of the project. Text messages, phone calls and emails were always responded to quickly. As expected, unanticipated problems can develop. However, Howard was always able to find a solution quickly and to our satisfaction. Customer service was always exceptional. We were very happy with the workmanship. Jay always paid great attention to detail in everything that he did. They always cleaned up after themselves which was much appreciated. We would definitely hire them again for any future home renovations and highly recommend Howard and his crew to anyone else looking for such projects.
