Our concrete walkway had previously been torn up to replace our sewer line. Toronto Construction Works Ltd did an amazing job replacing the whole walkway. They were very efficient and the end result looks great. Highly recommended.
We had front entry stairs crumbling, and the path leading to the house in pieces. At the same time we had Robert repair the parging job at the side of the house, and repair our basement walk out retaining walls and stairs. We had some set backs due to weather since working with concrete has limitations, but Robert was always quick to respond and did a great job with our home. I would happily recommend anyone to contact him for work in their home.

He has completed our project on time and within budget. We welcome his feedback and suggestions on improving our project. Robert reviewed photos of our cracked, failing concrete porch and outside foundation. He contacted us quickly with a ballpark estimate based on what he saw. He came in person and reviewed what needed to be done. As a concrete repair specialist we got the impression that this was a small job for him (but a big job for us) and was happy to take on the work which took place over 3 days, beginning late one day and very early on another. Robert guaranteed the work and communicated throughout the job, phoning after completion to make sure we were happy with the end result. Robert is a professional. Not only is he able to do the tough task required to underpin old Toronto houses, he is on time, on budget and passes his inspections without Issue. Robert regularly exceeded my expectations. Our walls were bowing and we had a engineers spec for HSS posts to be integrated in the pin sections. Robert took care of that flawlessly. I would recommend him without hesitation.
