    Home inspection: Detached house; 3,000 - 3,500 sq ft
    I was more than happy from beginning to end with my experience with Dale and Wild Rose Property Inspection. Dale was so professional and knowledgeable with all aspects of our inspection. The inspection report was thorough and informative and he took the time to explain even more in detail about findings and solutions.     Home inspection

    Dale recently did the home inspection on a house we're hoping to buy. He is amazing at what he does, doesn't rush and so patient explaning and pointing out certain things to us. His report comes back incredibly detailed and fast! 10/10 recommend!

    1/2 Home Inspection Walk and Talk

    Dale did a partial inspection on my home I purchased, it was very informative, quick and we touched all the basis where any potential issues were to arise. I felt comfortable going through with the purchase after the inspection and looking at the major items.

    Very good and professional house inspection

    Its our first time use Dale for the house inspection. He is very careful and professional. He not only checked everything of the house but also gave us some tips and advices on how to repair it and keep it well. We appreciate his fabulous work and service.

    Home inspection

    Dale is a font of knowledge and experience. He completed a home inspection for a home my family would be living in and was able to give detailed but concise information on what the home condition and even opinion on how to remedy issues. I will be contacting him in the near future for further use of his expertise.
