Ali did a great job assessing my issue which was a leak leaving a stain on the 1st fl powder room ceiling. Through a careful investigation he found the source of the leak (stack on a flat section of 3rd fl roof), and took measures to eliminate other possible sources. He then performed the work to resolve the problem, explaining his method every step of the way. He was courteous and communicative. He took great care in our home to do a careful clean up after every stage of work.

Anyone looking to have exterior stucco/painting done Akreno Construction were wonderful, dedicated and trustworthy. They care about their work and reputation and will go that extra mile to ensure a job well done. Whoever renovated my kitchen well before I moved in did not measure or plan properly. My kitchen island needed to be moved several inches so that I can fully access my refrigerator and my stove for servicing. Ali responded quickly to my request. He was professional, polite and helpful. He carefully calculated where he suggested the island should go. He cleaned up after drilling through the wooden floor to move the sink drainpipe and the electrical wiring. He then filled in the hole in the floor where the wiring had originally come through. Thanks, Ali - I am very happy with the results.

We hired Ali to renovate / refresh a century old home that we purchased which was in rough shape after some years of neglect. The work initially entailed two completely renovated bathrooms, some modest work to the kitchen, and new floors and paint throughout, but the scope of work expanded due to some unforeseen (old house) issues and a few additional upgrades we figured we would tackle while we were at it. The project took quite a bit lot longer than planned. To be frank, Ali is not the fastest and he was juggling another project which contributed on some level to the delays, but by and large our project ran long because of complications with the house - crumbling clay pipes, disintegrating plaster walls, uneven sub-floors, old water damage, etc. In the end we were very happy with the outcome. Ali takes great pride in his work, has a high standard, pays close attention to the details and it shows. In many areas he went well above and beyond - spending a great deal of extra time to get the best result. Despite all of the unforeseen challenges, Ali stuck to the budget and did a lot of extra work over and above what we agreed to at no added cost. Ali tackles a lot of the work himself (occasionally re-doing some things his crew members rushed) and he's a jack of all trades. We appreciated his flexibility and ideas, and his willingness to explain things throughout the process. We got to know Ali quite well over the project. He's a really good guy who wanted the best for us and our home. He was patient, always responsive and creative with solutions. We're grateful for the extra work he completed beyond our original scope, and the care he took to complete a reno that we're very happy with. Thank you Ali!

Akreno Construction did outstanding work at my elderly parents home. They had issues with their plumbing, specifically kitchen faucets, shut off valves and toilets. Ali was very professional ,courteous and took the time to explain everything. He provided a cost and there were no surprises later of additional billing. Due to the excellent experience, I contacted Akreno for my own hot water tank issues. They were able to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue. Ali's professionalism and great attention to details is why I would highly recommend him for your home improvement needs.

Ali came as scheduled. He worked a long day for a reasonable price. He patched our driveway and did impressive restoration of our deteriorating flagstone front walk. He helped knowledgeably with minor repairs. Finished up by Installing a new toilet 3rd floor and considerately took the old one away. Top marks for skilled workmanship, good communication, and reasonable price!

Ali responded immediately to my request and did the work the next day. He worked very efficiently on both projects, completing them. He answered all my questions. When I have more work, I will be contacting him.
