In mid November (2021), I created a request for glass work for a residential renovation project. On November 22, 2021, I received a competitive quote from Arie at Canadian Glass Railings and they arranged for a site visit to confirm dimensions. Arie requested 60% deposit and ensured me that fabrication would be completed prior to the holidays. In mid December, I asked for an update and was told about some delays and to contact him in the new year. The last update I received was for him to arrive to complete hardware installation. He never showed up for the arranged time. I let him know that if he is not able to meet the commitment that I would be okay with a refund. Since since then, he has not returned any phone calls or texts. It has been 10 months and still not response

Trusted home star to select a verified contractor for glass railing. We have been pushed around for last 2 months with 50 percent advance deposit given. Just recently the person did not show up as committed , neither he is picking and replying to messages. There is no other way to contact. Website is taking to same number. I hope we can get either get service or advance back. I will update my review if he finishes the job .

We had a good quote from this company. They showed up and took measurements early November and said it would take 2-3 weeks to come back and install. November 29 they confirmed the glass was ready and then they kept pushing out the installation date to prioritize other clients, to finish an existing job etc etc. Finally they said they were going to come Dec. 10, then Dec 13 or 14 at the latest, then by Christmas, by New Year's, by the 10th....the fact is these are external railings and a safety issue so now I just want my money back (1,600 cash deposit) so I can hire someone else. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, hoping to recover my advance. If you dig into their information you will see their website number actually dies not work, his cell is the only contact option and you are at the whims of 1 unreliable person.

Needed shower glass pretty quickly. The date scheduled for the measure and install was as they indicated. Very happy how it turned out. Very friendly and professional.

Arie was very professional and completed the work on time, he gave me a good deal and the work was high quality. He recommend a composite deck because of the lumber prices and i couldn't be happier with the choice. My wife was set on with glass railings so we got them done with a sleek black metal hand rail. Overall I am very happy with the work done and would go with them again.

Hired these guys to do glass railings throughout my home, and I am amazed by the craftsmanship. I have 3 showers that look amazing, an entire glass wall in the basement, and glass railing along the staircase continuing into the foyer. All of it was done on time and professionally. This was extremely important to me because I remained in the house throughout the process. I work from home and the noise level was a concern of mine in the beginning. However, they were courteous of this and I barely noticed they were there. Definitely will hire them when I change my deck railings next Spring! 10/10!

A professional and timely service I found them to be knowledgeable and honest throughout each step. I could not be happier with their work. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job. I would also like to add that the job was finished earlier than expected, which was great because it reduced the stress of renovating our new home. My wife loves to show off the new railings whenever we have outdoor barbeques by the pool. I will be doing my glass showers with them as well.
