    Never Ever

    They came and managers are all easy to available to negotiate. they wanted us to sign same day. we did. and now huge bill. Paying $25 on principal and $145 as interest. NEVER EVER GO WITH THESE GUYS

    Don't trust

    As many of mentioned, charged 25000 CAD to replace my working Heating, AC , water tank, and attic and promised a rebate, promised to buy back, but nothing happened. Looks like this company might be closed now and may be opened with a different name. Sure going to lawsuit. Since we are so many ppl should we all together start law suite on them.

    Heat Pump, Tankless water heater, and two others

    This company approached me about equipment upgrade and that I will save on my utility and also get a rebate. I keyed into it, only demanding for Heat Pump and Tankless water heater but end up bringing other equipment that I never requested for like Hepa and Water cleaning product. They offered a buyout of all the equipments/contract that I currently have and included the cost in their overall bill. The service was done in Jan 2024 and up.until today, they have refused to pay the buy-out plunging us into debt. They sent an email that they undergoing restructuring and that they will finalise the buy-out when they return but it's been forever now and unreachable. I am reporting this business to my MP, applicable Government authorities and anti fraud unit. I am interested in a joint lawsuit if need be. Plz me message via Guitaristypick@yahoo.com

    Beware of this company

    Beware of this company guys and cut the phone as soon as you hear the company name. They will say as if everything is complementary and will start installing everything very quickly and after that they send the bill. Then the game starts which is added costs for all the equipments installed and will charge you a good amount for everything. They handed me a $36000 with all the equipments charged double the market cost and when you ask for clarification they will argue and say this was discussed before the installation and warn you of the legal actions. So please stay away from them.

    Worest service

    Very bad company.The buyout not paid. rebate not paid, there phone says no service, no email to respond. Unable to reach them. Any idea to sue them. I have reported to police., reported to CTV alert.

    Beware

    I am just frustrated with this company as I calls them everyday because my heat pump is not working but now their number is not working and no one replies to the emails and I cant even find them on google now. Isnt it possible for all of us to get united and start a lawsuit or sue this company as it is not easy for one person to do this alone. But they re ripping off people with false promises when they are not even going to fulfill even a single one of them. Waiting for rebate from last 9 months but nothing happened yet.

    No Response

    I installed their Heat Pump in September 2022, and their salesman said I would receive the rebate within a year, but I still haven't received it to this day. After the old Heat Pump was dismantled, the salesman also promised that the old company would take care of it, but the notice from the old company has not yet been received. Now I want to contact maintenance, but I can't be contacted via Apps, website, or phone. It shows on the website that my account may have been blocked by the company. This company is not an honest and trustworthy company. If you have contact with this company, please do not be fooled.

    urgent !!!

    A struggle to work with from the get go... Then No Audit... Therefore no rebate... Won't answer emails... Won't answer telephone messages... Now their telephone numbers don't work... Can't find then anywhere on the internet!!!

    Provincial smart homes

    Will not service , 21,000 dollars later heat pump needs service , equipment failer ..I'm frustrated . Loan continues out of my bank . No way of reaching them..need a law suit.

    STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Services were done very suspiciously quick (should have known) in Feb2024, however promises to pay for bills, gift cards, and buying out water heater rental were not delivered. Now putting us in debt with our equipment provider as the buyout process could not be reversed. If you have any similar encounters, please lodge a complaint at Better Business Bureau and get this escalated.
