Job was completed a couple years ago, I forgot to submit my review. Official Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job replacing our old furnace with a used furnace I purchased off Kijiji or Facebook Marketplace. The installers were very professional and easy to deal with. I recommend them to anyone that is doing heating or plumbing type projects.

I was told by hardware cost would be around $300 for this job. They sent Official Plumbing out & cost was almost triple. There were no complications to justify price. I just don't want other pensioners like us to be in this boat.

We have a dual-purpose hot water tank that needed some TLC as some copper piping had sprung a leak and water was spraying all over our furnace room. I called Official Plumbing, and they were able to send a tech ASAP. Our technician's name was Jon, and I was told he had just joined the company. Jon arrived early in the afternoon and immediately knew how to solve the problem. He told me what the cost would be to repair the tank, and I felt that it was a fair price. I have to admit that Jon's work was outstanding and quickly realized how lucky Official was to have him on board. Not only is Jon a talented and knowledgeable journeyman, he's also a really nice guy. It was a pleasure for my wife and I to have him in our home. As senior citizens, we also received a discount on our bill. Also, big shout out to Danielle, the office coordinator. A delightful woman who made sure we were taken care of. Five stars all day for Official Plumbing and Heating!

This company provided an excellent service from initial contact (Danielle) Bill who did home service check & Conrad (2 men tech), now were worry free about our water heating system (20 years old). Their advice & expertise were exemplary, very honest group. Will highly recommend to everyone I know, many thanks.

My 22 years old Delta tub/shower faucet developed a leak. I tried to fix the problem but was unable to remove the faucet's handle. Steven repaired the problem by drilling out the retaining screw and replacing the unit's internal cartridge and handle and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Official Plumbing & Heating if I'm asked. Thank you for a job well done Steven.

Our upstairs toilet piping was leaking into the basement. Konrad found the time to fix the problem asap, within the estimate, and was very friendly and entertained all of my irrelevant future plumbing questions. Would hire again and recommend for sure.

Was to be a guote, was intimated into getting the work do that day. Was also attending to painter and he took advantage. Had to have the company redo kitchen caulking and it turned out worse the 2nd time. Will have to hire someone else to fix. Price for toliet lid, tub faucet, cylinder, caulking one counter top and back splash.

Recommended by company which did our renovation to keep the humidifier on while we are gone in the winter. Needs bypass when we turn off water supply to rest of the house.
