Ed and Joel were professional and more importantly took care of our issue when no one else could. We had a blocked dryer vent for years. The dryer would take hours to dry anything. I called the warranty repair and they said the dryer is fine. I called a duct cleaning company and they used their vacuum to suck out the vent, took my money and called it a day. The blockage was always there but no one could figure out what it was. I thought I would have to break open the walls and replace the vent. Joel inspected the vent and located the blockage. He then used his reverse blowing devise to magically push out a birds nest. See attached pics. The dryer works perfectly now. Thank you so much.
