Great work! Finished the job same day as I got my estimate. Very happy with the result.

We hired Flori and his team based on a recommendation from a friend of ours and they didn't disappoint. They did an amazing job on our roof! They were efficient, tided up after themselves and even managed to source a replacement for a tricky sized skylight. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Flori was fantastic. He was on site and his crew did excellent work. Flori was on my neighbors roof and saw some major issues with my roof. His quote was fair and accurate. I was so impressed that I added the Fascia and Gutter Guards as well. Highly recommend Elite Roof Inc.

When our old roof showed signs of rapid deterioration (curling, cracking, granule loss), I called some roofing contractors. Flori of Elite Roofing Inc. was the only one who cared to respond immediately. Flori answered all our questions and explained with brochures and samples the high standard of the GAF roof system. He even went onto our roof to find out that our roof had a hole in each of two shingles, and consequently, our roof will not be able to endure the oncoming harsh winter season. Thankfully, Flori and his crew are certified GAF roof system installers in order to provide us the best GAF warranty for the high quality GAF Timberline HDZ roof system. Flori showed us he was passionate enthusiastic, and talented as he wanted the best for his customers, by making a stronger steel valley of 28 gauge for the roof. Flori and his crew arrived early and on time to do the work. They cared about the important details and adhered very closely to the strict GAF protocol in order to achieve the high standards. They took good care of our property as well as our next-door neighbours property by covering our front walkway, steps, bushes, shrubs and plants with tarp, as well as our garage door with OSB boards. We also appreciated very much that Flori kept us informed at every step of the installation while they were working by showing us videos and photos, which were taken by their drone. They cleaned up during and after the work was done so that there were no nails and debris on the roof, in the eavestroughs, driveway and other areas. We are very happy customers of Elite Roofing Inc. because Flori and his crew are certified professionals, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, understanding, kind, skillful, and helpful. We love our new, beautiful roof because it gives our house a significant facelift so that our house looks new, cheerful and brilliant. We hired Elite Roofing after some friends of ours told us about what a great experience they had with Flori and his team. I have to echo my friend's experience and say that from start to finish I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism, attention to detail and service of Flori and everyone at Elite. The shingles on our roof were at the end of their life and the skylight needed to be replaced. At first we were worried that it would be difficult to find a replacement for the skylight (it's an odd size) but Flori was able to secure a Velux skylight and have it sent from the US so we could do the roof and skylight at the same time. The crew worked efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up once they were done. I would hire Elite again in a heartbeat.

Elite Roofing is excellent! Flori is very responsive and took his time to thoroughly understand what the issue was (& possible options) before and during the free inspection and quote. After looking in the attic and rooftop, he provided a fair price for the removal of an old, partial chimney vent (~20') and availability without any pressure. The work they did to remove the chimney vent was great! They removed most of the metal vent from the rooftop without accessing the 2nd floor of the house or making a mess. The rest was removed from the 1st floor without a mess too. They found other issues with the roofing that the condo property managers and roofers didn't even check when they did their inspection a month earlier (& told me I had to fix it all myself). Elite Roofing's professionalism and quality of work is worth it and I'd definitely hire them again!

Flori of Elite Roofing came and did an assessment of the leaking roof and noticed that flashing around chimneys were not sealed properly. There were a couple areas that were damaged or left unfinished from a previous roofer. He even went out of his way from the job to build a metal cap from the job (same day) and installed it quickly. After the work was done, Flori showed photos of before and after the job and cleaned up the place and removed all debris from the premises. He and his assistant were very quick, efficient, professional and making sure you knew what was happening and be confident the work was done properly. Would recommend him!

I hired Elite roofing to replace my roof shingles, eaves, fascia and downspouts and the quality of the work is outstanding. I was impressed with how Flori explained the entire process to me, as well as the warranty policy. He recommended the shingle colour (charcoal) and showed me photos as the job progressed. The team was very professional and worked extremely hard in the heat to finish the job in just a couple of days. Clean up was also thorough. I'm very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Flori was extremely patient in explaining the products and processes his team uses to install the roofing the first time he came to inspect the roof. His pricing is also very fair and the lowest for me. His team was professional and did the roof in one day, cleaned up all the areas like they were never here, and Flori once again explained the end results patiently. I would recommend him to friends and family going forward for sure.

We hired Elite Roofing to install new shingles on the roof of our sunroom (rear lower extension of the main house). Florjan, Chico, and Pamela at the office were very detailed, knowledgeable, friendly, listened patiently to all our questions, replied promptly and provided options and advice. The price was reasonable and the work was done very well, on time and neat. Florjan is very easy to work with. We are very satisfied with their work, would definitely hire Elite Roofing again and we strongly recommend this company for your roofing projects
