Rich and his crew were exceptional. Completely professional and answered all questions i had in a very timely manor. The price was excellent as well, as I received several quotes. Rich looked after every aspect of the upgrade by getting the permits to arranging with hydro. Rich kept me informed all the way through the process. I would highly recommend Energy Rich Electric.

The Energy Rich Electric team was very professional and did an excellent job on a variety of electrical work throughout my house including fixing faulty work from another contractor that had left.

Great work from Energy Rich. Helped me with a service upgrade to 200 amps. Upgraded panel, dug pit to upgrade conduit, upgraded meter, coordinated with utility company and ESA, etc. Had a hard time getting anybody to even come give a quote. Many talked big: we do these jobs all the time, easy job no problem at all, send over the Service Layout and we'll give you a quote, etc. and then I never hear back. Energy Rich was totally different. Worked out a day and time and he showed up. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Gave me a quote and it was exactly what I paid in the end. Work was scheduled more than a month away due to utility company availability. Energy Rich said his crew would be there and on the day of work they showed up. Good communication and always responded promptly. Could not be happier with the work and definitely will reach out again if I need more electrical work.

Very professional, gave a proper quote, punctual, excellent work. We have no complaints. We would use them again for sure.

Relocated electrical switches, installed new chime doorbell with wiring to doorbell and did wiring for new range hood

Had Rich and his crew in to install pot lights and upgrade the wiring and outlets for our townhouse kitchen reno - when we decided to abandon a garbage disposal he suggested under-cabinet lighting instead and what a difference it makes!! Our plans changed a bit along the way and at every turn we found Rich very accommodating and helpful. The final bill was very reasonable as well as that included a few other unrelated electrical jobs that have added up through the years. No hesitancy in recommending Energy Rich and if we need an electrician for anything else he'll be the first one we'll call!
