Brick and stone flatwork repair: house around, landscape
Fedor always responds quickly and patiently. He has given and update the estimates to meet my requirements. The reason 4stars is because the work hasn’t started. It will start next Monday (May 12). I’ll update my review when it finishes.

New window wells, basement window enlargement
Fedor and his crew exceeded my expectations with the work they did in my backyard. He patiently answered all my questions and explained every stage of the job. The professionalism and courtesy shown by every member of his team was evident daily. My neighbour was so impressed, he hired them as well. I would recommend Concrete Master without hesitation

Basement waterproofing
Fedor and his crew are the absolute best! So professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. Fedor and his team come right on time (or early), call you back promptly and clean everything up beautifully once the job is complete. I have used them for waterproofing my basement, cleaning my sump pump annually as well as replacing my downspouts. Highly recommend this great company!!

Basement concrete floor & drain replacement
Renos and repairs in our 100+ yr old house are always complicated, things are non standard and need creative solutions. We wanted to replace the basement carpet with tile but the concrete was not level, very uneven, and was deteriorating. Subsequent investigation of the old clay drains showed tree roots threatening a bigger issue in the future. Fedor was sensitive to our particular concerns and provided a practical and cost effective solution. Break up and remove the old concrete, dig out and replace the drains, add a poly barrier and pour a new level floor, he also dealt with the city for the backwater valve. Costs were within reason for the work being done. They also cleaned up afterwards. Fedor was easy to work with and I'm happy that I chose Concrete Master.

Basement water leak

Concrete, masonry and plumbing work for the last 7 years
Been working with them for a while. Best work quality among all contractors in Masonry, Concrete and Plumbing. Schedule and coordination with no issue all the time. Price competitive and fair. Will keep working with them moving forward and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs those service done

Install Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps
We had old broken stairs, along with a cracked walkway as well as a leak in our basement Fedor took the time to explain what they would do to repair, replace and complete the project. The team was very neat with their work and our yard area. Each day they would explain what would be happening next. We are very happy with the outcome and will not hesitate to recommend CONCRETE MASTERS. Thank you Fedor and team.

Underpinning
It was a great pleasure to work with Fedir and his team, most professional and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Concrete Master to everyone We hired them for underpinning of our new house.The process was simple and straight forward with Concrete master team working up our design options, obtaining city permits, organizing and passing inspections. I was surprised, that they even arranged for engineer supervision. It was a big project, but was done in timely manner, extremely clean and well organized.

Replacing Water Pipe Under Our Front Yard
It is unusual to find contractors who perform well as plumbers, electricians, heating and cooling technicians, etc. but who are also talented in providing concrete services. About one month ago ConcreteMaster replaced our lead water pipe that connects to the City's water pipe under our front lawn. Then they filled the small hole they created in our basement with cement. The repair was completed professionally leaving a small smooth hole in our basement floor. I would highly recommend ConcreteMaster for any future jobs that we may need.

Basement sewer backup floor
I had an emergency where it was discovered that a clogged sewage had backed-up all the way to the bottom step basement of my mother's house! Upon discovering my elderly mother panicked and called me at work. Before I arrived on-site Fedor and team from Concrete Master came and tended to my elderly mom. He re-assured her of the issue/non-issue and offered several methods to resolve re: clearing the backup via snake, endoscopy the drain all the way to the city line, hazard clean-up and driving items out to city dump and potential reno to fix the damaged areas (dry-wall). We felt comfortable with Fedor and team and left our house keys while I took my mother to a hotel for the night. By 9am next morning, Fedor and team had placed cardboard paper along the entire front hallway leading to the basement and dropsheets along the stairs to not track mud/dirt in the house! The drain was snaked and all Sewage was scarped/squeegeed back into the drain! This was all done before my arrival! The team took all impacted waste material (carpeting, boxes on the floor) to the city dump for us and returned with industrial Foam Zep and GOJO Cleaner to sterilize. What we thought would be a multi-day emergency was resolved and back to normal in half-a-day! I can't thank the team enough, esp for providing peace of mind to me and my family. Thank you so much!
