I had a small leak that worsened with recent heavy rains. Phil from Leave it 2 Me was my third call after two other companies quoted me for a whole new roof without even inspecting it properly. Phil responded quickly and took the time to investigate the issue thoroughly. Unlike the previous companies, he actually climbed up and identified a problem on the spot. He explained everything he found and fixed the suspected culprit right then and there. Dealing with water leaks can be tricky, but I'm confident in the fixes Phil implemented today. What's more reassuring is that he clearly explained the next steps if any further issues arise without pushing for a complete roof replacement. Leave it 2 Me offers honesty, transparency, extensive knowledge and quality work all at a very competitive price. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Phil was quick to answer my request to help me with a leak on my roof. He was professional and knowledgable and was able to make a service call less then 24 hours after calling. I feel confident in the job he did and the cost was reasonable too which is always a plus!

I was sitting in the living room on a quiet morning when I noticed that I could hear the rain dripping through the roof and onto our ceiling. I put out a call on home stars and Phil called back with in 30 minutes. He was at our house by 9 am and had the roof tarped and covered with in the hour in the pouring rain. Phil is very knowledgeable and explained everything. He seems fair and honest. He gave us a fair quote to have the old roof replaced with in a reasonable timeline. I would definitely recommend Leave It 2 Me Painting and Roofing.

Phil was able to squeeze us into his schedule and was very informative as to what was necessary and what wasn't. No unnecessary costs or upselling, and we are happy with his work!

I am a relatively new homeowner and knew our home had to replace our roof eventually. I contacted many companies and the majority took a looked up from ground level and threw numbers at me with next to no explanation. Prices for our modestly sized home were over $20 000! I knew inflation was a factor but our house is SMALL! I contacted Phil from Leave It 2 Me and he drove over for a quote. He pulled out his ladder and thoroughly examined my roof; he not only made that extra effort, but he took the time to explain to me in detail not only the obstacles with the roof and where costs come from, but what is required to make the roof stable and long lasting. He walked me through the entire process and then gave me a price that was far more manageable than all the other companies (about a dozen). When work commenced, Phil was professional, prompt and extremely efficient with his time. We are very happy with his work and will continue to use the company for not just roofing needs but future repairs, painting etc. in our house. This company is not out to gauge their clients, they operate with honesty, integrity and precision. I would give 11/10 if I could!

Phil came over within 40min of him connecting with me. He reviewed the missing shingles and promptly repaired the exposed plywood on the roof and also glued other shingles that had flipped over. All this was accomplished while it was raining !
