Flat roof repairs
The shared flat roof on my east York semi began to leak during heavy rain storms. Oral assessed the issue quickly and recommend a repair that solved the problem for a reasonable price. He explained what he would be doing and then did exactly what he said. I'd hire Oral again.

Roof
My roof was starting to lift in specific spots. I loved the honesty ...the roof was last done on 2008 ...I was told the spot lifting was repairable but I made the choice in placing the short term cost to the long term investment. I decided to do the full roof. He was helpful with new shingle colour and I also wanted leaf guards. I was so happy with the work and friendliness of all. Definitely recommend

Roof shingle replacement
Golden Phoenix was professional and honest upfront with unbeatable pricing.Nice to have a personal touch with owners dropping in to make sure I was satisfied with project .Great people I would not hesitate to recvomend.

Flat roof repair
Golden Phoenix Construction fixed our flat roof and installed metal drip edge flashing. Oral and his team were friendly, arrived on time and worked hard. Oral photographed before and after shots of the roof and explained what he was doing. Excellent communication. The roof was installed in a day and all material was thoroughly cleaned up. They did a great job. I would highly recommend.

Roofing Leak
Oral and Abby were fantastic! Great service, great price. Communication was clear, friendly, and knowledgeable. They really focused on solving the right problem, not just a patch job on what seemed right, or trying to get a whole new roofing job out of us.

Small repair job done quick and right.
I had a leak on my flat roof and need a quick repair done right and for a reasonable price. Phoenix did exactly that. They came quickly, explained what they were going to do and worked with my schedule to come at a convenient time. Im very pleased with the work and would recommend to anyone.

Membrane roofing
This is my second project with Oral. First time around was a bit of an emergency that he was able to repair in a day. He went above and beyond repairing an issue he found that was out of scope. This time around I had another older section of the roof redone. Oral and his crew were finished same day. He kept me involved in the process and he and his crew cleaned up nicely. Both Oral and Abby made the job and payment easy. I've already recommended them to friends.

Quick, knowledgeable, and understanding
Racoons ripped a hole in our roof. We approached being able to get it patched so quickly and well with a picture for our records.

Roof Leak Repair
Oral and Abby are the best. Golden Phoenix Construction is super easy to deal with, quick to reply to questions and concerns and extremely fair in their pricing. We woke to a dripping sound in our bedroom closet and found a leak in the attic crawl space. Oral was able to come same day, find the cause, explain what may have happened to cause the leak, explain how he was going to fix things and was done very quickly. They were extremely careful when they had to go into our home to investigate the leak from our bedroom closet. Their work was clean and very thorough making sure that they did everything possible to prevent and future leaks. We highly recommend Oral and his team at Golden Phoenix and will use them again in future should we need any roofing work done.

Flat roof repair
Very honest. Arrived on time. I had another quote and the contractors wanted to remove the whole roof which didnt make sense because the roof was relatively new. Phoenix Construction looked at the roof, knew exactly the cause of the leak and showed me. They repaired (not replaced) the roof and Im happy to report on this rainy day the roof isnt leaking. Phoenix Construction saved me over $3,000. Thank you.
