    Great job by Yves. They were very thorough and explained along the way what needed to be done. Excellent clean up and follow through at the completion of the job.

    Repair rot / water damage: Small area indoors

    Safeway Demos did an outstanding job, and I truly appreciate the hard work Yves and his team put into the project. I had a water leak in my bathroom which affected the bathroom/kitchen/hallway floor tiles and living room floorboards. They did a fantastic job replacing all of those. They were transparent, careful, and thorough every step of the way, always keeping me informed and ensuring the work was done right. I felt their pricing was more than fair given the level of quality and effort involved. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional contractors who genuinely care about doing their best work.
