I've often been asked by companies to rate the service received, provide a review, or conduct a survey and, I must admit, I dont ever get around to doing them. Before meeting Josh and requesting a quote, our family was dealing with quite a few serious moisture related issues with our home. We had hired other contractors over the last two years to repair damage caused by water seepage, but it always seemed like whenever one area was repaired, our home would take on water in another spot. It was a terrible cycle that was starting to drain our finances and negatively impact our quality of life. We love our house, but we were starting to feel like we were never going to be able to make it a home.

This includes mold remediation, drywalling, plastering (Hugo is an incredible tradesman BTW), as well as brick repointing on the exterior of the house and some aesthetic work around the windows. The final touches were always sharp and clean. And if they werent, Josh wasnt afraid to tell his crew to come back out and fix it to the standard he expected. I couldnt have asked for anything more of them but I did. They removed a satellite bolted to the side of the house, installed a handrail leading to the basement, installed a new light fixture in the dining room and installed a motion sensor solar light on the rear of our house. The price they quoted was fair and it was exactly what was paid at the conclusion of the contract. And at the end of it all, he addressed all our water seepage concerns with excellent brick repointing and fixed our dining room wall so it looked better than before.
