Needed 3 closet doors installed. Was a little tricky but they made sure to stick with the work until I was satisfied.

Very professional team from LSB Construction, provided quote, showed up on time, cleaned-up after each day of work, completed on schedule, and no surprises. Our neighbor has complimented us on how great our house looks and even they noticed the quality of the professional work. Highly recommend!

Rick and his team started the project on Saturday, and were finished by Monday. Everything had been pre-arranged beforehand and was finished to our satisfaction and each day they would clean up before they left. Rick is very professional and is easy to deal with, and even came on a Friday night to inspect and do last minute touch-ups. We are pleased with the final product, and would recommend Rick and Lexington Services

If you are a property manager, I highly recommend Ricky. He was very responsive, provided a great breakdown and scope of the necessary work, and provided a reliable quote. You can tell by speaking with him he is honest and trustworthy. I was coordinating this job from out of town and he was great in meeting up with my tenant and delegates to acquire the keys and get access to the building. Over the course of the project, he let himself into the building, competed the job, and left the place tidy. Will use him again.

I wasn't happy with the floor in my washroom, so I called Ricky and told him about some issues . Ricky came back to my house and fixed the issues. Now I'm a happy customer. Ricky really cares about his clients and wants them to be happy .

I absolutely loved working with rick! He and his entire crew were extremely kind and professional. I had so many questions that rick always walked me through, making the whole process less stressful, which I truly appreciated. My basement remodel turned out beautiful. I get so many compliments on my new living room. I would definitely work with Rick again and would totally recommend him to all my family and friends.

We had an open bathroom alcove, roughly 1 foot wide, 1.5 feet deep, 4 feet tall. Wanted two glass shelves installed. Shelves had to be made to measure, and a mounting mechanism figured out. It was a tricky little job because the inside of the alcove was tiled. Was very happy with the overall results.

Rick responded to my HomeStars request in January immediately and came out the next day to assess the two projects which was a laundry room reno to be done first, followed by a new garden gate and surround. When the job started, Rick was always here when he said he would be and kept me in the loop if he was even slightly delayed arriving. Rick is very polite and considerate, always asking if I had any concerns. When the projects were finished, he left everything clean and tidy. The projects took a lot longer than any of us really expected; however, the laundry room was transformed from a very badly planned layout and eyesore to a well organized, efficient space. It's a pleasure to do laundry down there now. The old garden gate was wearing out and the surrounding posts were rotting. Rick replaced the 4x4" posts with sturdy 6x6", and installed a gate and surround. He also installed the gate insert and latch I picked up. Very pleased with these two jobs even considering the time it took for completion. It was worth the wait. Here are some before and after pictures of both projects.

Needed various tasks completed including picture hanging (3), fix a broken wood bed frame, change some high ceiling potlights, tighten some door handles, re-align a tap, etc. Rick was very friendly, capable and efficient. The work was completed on a Sunday (better for me). Got my whole list of items done in 3 hours and charge was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.
