Ilia and his team were great. First time doing any kind of renovation and I was very worried but with them, everything went smoothly. Best price compared to other companies and his payment method divided by milestone was very nice to have it. Very satisfied with the work they done.

We had a great experience with Ilia and his team on our basement renovation. They were extremely professional, reliable, and stayed right on the timeline they promised. The team showed up every day, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job from start to finish. We’re very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Ilia and his team!

Ilya was amazing to talk to. Easy. Straight forward. If you’re a straight forward person like me, you’d appreciate that. He’s team, amazing. Very professional. Efficiently did the job! I’ll make sure I’ll see them again.

Ilia and his team were a pleasure to work with from the first meeting all the way til the last day! They showed up on time and worked the full day to ensure the job was done in a timely manner. Ilia created a 2D/3D mock up of what the basement would look like so that we could visualize it all with the finishes, details etc. We worked closely with Ilia to make adjustments to the floor plan in real time and didn’t begin until we were happy with the plans. He also created a detailed quote with payment plan so there were no surprises about when payments were expected etc. Ilia was extremely responsive to any and all communication throughout the entire process which made us feel at ease and that we were in control throughout the process. Excellent workmanship with great attention to detail. Highly recommend Easy Basements for any job, you will not be disappointed!!

Easy Basements is the unicorn contractor. We reached out through Home Stars in April 2025. Easy Basements was one of six contractors to come to our home and quote on our basement. We are a new-ish build with an unfinished basement. The plumbing was roughed in by the builder, but that’s it. From the very start, Ilia at Easy Basements was organized, communicative, punctual and thoughtful. Ilia addressed all concerns, provided some really cool ideas for our space and gave a very detailed quote. This quote was on par with others, but the level of detail gave me a lot of comfort that everything would be covered. We requested that our project start mid-to-late August. Ilia, Serge and Alex started on time and finished early… and exactly on budget.There were no hidden fees or surprises.Our entryway and hallway to the basement were protected and tidy – as was the basement. Each of Ilia, Serge and Alex got to know us and our family. Our dog loved the belly scratches! Can't recommend them enough!

I hired Easy Basements for a basement kitchen renovation, which included a kitchenette and laundry room, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ilia and his team were very professional, responsive, and delivered excellent service from start to finish. The turnaround time was quick, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Best of all, the renovation was affordable without compromising on quality. Highly recommend Easy Basements for anyone looking to renovate their space.

Basement Renovation
I hired Ilia and Alex to finish my basement, and despite initial worries about finding them online, I couldn't be happier with the result. Their attention to detail is impressive, and it's clear they genuinely care about their work. They're meticulous, even with small things, and their craftsmanship is exceptional. Their pricing is fair with quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable contractors for home renovations. My perfect basement from EasyBasements!!
Was literally shocked! In a good way haha. I have never expected such great results - especially regarding timing and price (which is very very reasonable). Their team is top-notch, and the entire communication was amazing as well. So what else can I say? Just highly recommended! Thanks a lot, Ilia and Alex!!!
