I had Nathan come by last Friday to disconnect some gas appliances we were removing on the weekend (water heater, fireplace, and cooktop). Work was done quickly and cleanly. Great experience overall. I first contacted him on a Friday, so getting a quote over the weekend was a little slow, but worth the wait. Definitely planning to reach out again next time we need something done.

Nathan and his team were excellent. Completed the work quickly, asking me questions as necessary to ensure it was done according to how I wanted it done. They took the time to put down mats to keep the floor neat and cleaned everything up upon completion. They also ensures the gas line was flush against the joist and well protected by duct work to avoid the possibility of anyone puncturing the line with a drywall nail later on. Attention to detail and very polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nathan and team from Pro Line Heating & Cooling, did an excellent job installing a tricky gas line to my BBQ. They had a number of obstacles to traverse a chimney, a fence and eavestrough, they clearly communicated what the job would entail and didi for a great price. The team was punctual, had great communication skills, and excellent workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to friend and family and would use them again.

Nathan was fantastic! He fit us in on very short notice and did a great job - going above and beyond what we had asked for. He replaced things to a higher standard than what was already here. I highly recommend Pro Line H&C - you will not be disappointed!

Nathan was very communicative, came in time and didnt leave a mess. His price was very fair. He came back again to fix my humidifier. Again the service was great. He explained the problem and showed me exactly what to do when changing seasons. He didnt try to coerce me to sign a maintenance contract or fluff up the bill. I highly recommend him.

Redid the venting work previously done for my OTR microwave. Looks and functions significantly better now. Nathan was responsive, efficient, etc. Did a great job.
