Farid was excellent! He was responsive via mobile/texting, arrived exactly on time, and installed my over the range microwave perfectly. He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and did impeccable work. I highly recommend Farid and will definitely call on him again if/when I need other work done. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Had a leaking washer and it was a hole in the hose. The cost was a bit higher than I anticipated but within 2 hours the washer is not leaking any more.

Wave Ample was quick to respond to my service request. Farid was on time and is a very professional and respectful, gentleman. He was able to fix the problem same day and even fixed the dripping tap which required a trip to Home Depot for parts. I'm very satisfied with Farid's work and would definitely recommend him. If I have any further appliance issues I will certainly be using Wave Ample!

Farid diagnosed the problem with our overheating clothes dryer. We needed new exhaust piping that allowed more air flow. He cleaned the dryer mechanism and installed new piping; tested everything. Saved us the cost of replacement parts or a new machine. Very friendly, explained everything. Definitely will call him if I need appliance repair.

Farid showed up within and hour of contacting him through Homestars. Diagnosed the issue. Diagnosed another issue and returned with the part in two days and fixed it. Fast, polite, clean, very clear as to what was wrong and saved us buying a new stove. Can't reccomend him more highly. He repair all appliances as well. His number is on our fridge with 5 *****.

Fixed my 10+ yr old broken whirlpool dryer and Frigidaire stovetop. Both required new parts and Farid was able to diagnose and quickly source necessary parts to perform the repair on same day! Efficient and fantastic service. Recommended!

Farid fixed our washing machine that doesn't spin and agitating... was hopeless. But Farid help us and not only that he is kind and compassionate!

Farid came and looked at my induction range. Noted that there will likely need to be an expensive parts replacement and didn't suggest I go through with it. I asked him about a replacement and he gave me some good advice, even though at that point he had already done everything he needed to do. Also helped fix my fridge ice dispenser just as a courtesy! Definitely a trust worthy guy and will find him for other repairs in the future.
