Helpful and fast assessment of washing machine water leak. Farid was helpful and explained his work.

Our old washing machine was leaking. Farid came over the day after I contacted him and had a look at it. It was not easy to diagnose, but he hung in and figured it out. Very friendly and professional, explained what was going on, what he found out and discussed options with me and it's back in service now. Fair pricing and great service. I'll be calling him again next time I need an appliance repaired.

Farid came to my Pickering home from Innisfil to repair a 4 yr old Whirlpool gas dryer. He came with the needed parts installing a new drive pulley and belt. The unit now runs quietly. Farid is extremely diligent, knowledgeable and thorough in his process to completing only the needed repairs. Im thankful I was able to extend the units life by spending <25% of a new dryers replacement cost. I have many gas appliance and will highly recommend his service in the future.

I am very please with the appliance installation by Farid, he installed 3 appliance for me all to my satisfaction. Farid is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and patient operator. He will not stop till he himself is satisfied with the job, so different from other technicians that I used in the past who were more worried about time spent and their next appointment. On top of the installation Farid even volunteered to buy some parts that were needed. I will recommend Wave Ample Inc in a heartbeat.

Fred is a true professional in every sense. He arrived on time, used OEM parts, and fixed my dryer efficiently for $300. His clear communication and dedication to quality make him the go-to technician for appliance repairs. Highly recommended!

Had an issue with the dishwasher and he helped resolve it quickly and it's working again now. Very happy with his help. Will use again in the future.

Farid called me within 15 mins of my request on home stars. If that wasnt impressive enough, when he arrived 30 mins later he said he could fix my issue but it would be better if we just bought a new washer. Instead of him taking apart our washing machine to diagnose the problem and charging us for all that labour, he gave me advice regarding warranty and next steps. What a guy! Thank Farid, well be calling you again for sure.

Feb 20th, 2024 My Kenmore dishwasher began leaking from below the door. My machine is approx 12yrs old. I was unsure if this could be fixed& the cost . FRed responded quickly & set up an appointment. He came on time examined the machine throughly & found the leak. He went & got the part. He fixed it & ran the dishwasher twice. I am very Satisfied with his work his good manners . Will definitely hire again if I have problems with my other appliances.

Dryer stopped heating. I submitted a service request and Fred got back to me in minutes. I told him what I thought the issue was since I knew it wasnt a vent clog and he confirmed it was most likely a malfunctioning heating element part. He gave me an appointment the next day and a precise quote since he knew what the issue most likely was. He showed up on time, got my dryer up and running in less than two hours. No fuss and his price was much more resonable than the two other quotes I received. A stand up guy with great service, reasonable pricing and very professional
