I request the service request thriugh Homestar David from genral appliance accepte dmy request and he called understand my problem an dh evistied the same day and repair gas cook top, he also help me to clean my cook top from inside, very professional and helpful person David is.

David we pleasant to deal with. He was straight to the point, professional and efficient. After the repair was done and my dryer (which he had the part on hand bonus points); he noticed our washer and dryer doors opened into each other. He offered to switch the washer and dryer so they would open opposite for a reasonable price (as the washer door was not designed to open in either direction). What a game changer, I don't know why I waited so long to have this done. I will definitely give David a call for my future repairs and recommend his work to anyone looking for help with appliance repair services.

We are very happy with David's services. He provided expert and courteous service and went the extra mile for us when we had a mystery issue with our washer (suddenly developed a bad smell, and excessive flakes of what was likely scum buildup from the previous owners, which did not improve). This was a difficult problem to troubleshoot and David did a great job, after another company failed to help us. Would recommend him to anyone.

David was quick to respond to my request and gave me a quote. We were going out of town so David said he would call us on Tuesday at 5 pm to arrange a window to do the repair. On Tuesday, he gave us a window from 12 to 2 on Wednesday. So on Wednesday, David arrived ,did the repair, and left no trace of having worked on our washing machine. Great cleanup. I strongly recommend this company.

David saved the day when our washing machine would not drain as I was doing our last load prior to leaving on holidays the next day. David came to our home late in the day and was back at 8 am with parts so we could get the load done and get on our way. He also checked and cleaned our dishwasher which had been leaving some food on the dishes. David is punctual, quick to diagnose and fix the problem as well as very reasonable. Thank you David!

David is our go to person for appliance repairs. We had a great experience with him last year when he repaired our dryer. When we had issues with our washing machine, we immediately contacted him. He was quick to set up an appointment for us. He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and repair our washer. Hes also very honest and would only charge as needed. We highly recommend him!

I used General Appliance Repair on 2 separate occasions to fix a fridge, which no longer was staying cold, and a dishwasher, which had a slow leak. For each repair, I was shown what the issue was and provided with options for next steps. Extremely satisfied with how fast they were repaired and the level of professionalism the tech had in the work he did.
