These guys did an amazing job coming to our rescuer after we called another company(A Tram). Our dishwasher parts were expensive and there was no mark up on our parts so their charges for service was very reasonable. Fixed our dishwasher in great time. I called TurboTech appliance repair through homestar this morning. The lady on the phone was ready to schedule an appointment for installing my appliance. she was friendly and quick to respond to my needs. The technician came on time and there was a small hiccup in the job but he was able to resolve it without any issues and he completed the job professionally. additionally, the best part of the service was constant. update via text and emails and everything including the payment was online which I'm really very happy about. Our clothes dryer was squeaking very loudly and the dryer vent needed to be cleaned. Turbo Tech offered a dryer maintenance package that covered all parts and service including the vent cleaning. I opted for that knowing parts can be often expensive. Jordan and Andrew arrived and were very personable to deal with and got right into the tasks at hand. In about an hour they had cleaned the vent, diagnosed and replaced a sticky tension roller unit on the Samsung dryer. They had reassembled it, reconnected the vent and tested it and it worked perfectly. Overall a great experience.Answer from pro:
