I had an issue with my HVAC system. DP Air Solutions provided great service and they were extremely responsive. They were able to send a technician to my house the same day, and they were able to rapidly identify the issue. He also took the time to answer all my questions.

DP Air Solutions provided great service. Very responsive, took the time to answer all my questions on furnaces before we had even contracted them. Gave varied options and prices on a new furnace to meet our budget with the best price by far than other quotes. Far superior customer service than others I had dealt with. On site they were respectful, fast, and tidy. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Dmitri and Max were very responsive and attentive to my request. They spent many hours troubleshooting my old furnace and helped me when I purchased a new one. They were very friendly and professional. They showed up on time and answered all of my questions. Will definitely hire them again!

In November, we began having issues with our furnace and sent HomeStars a request for a contractor. The first contractor that contacted me couldnt come right away until a few days later. A few hours later DP Air Solutions contacted me and came within a few hours this was on a Sunday - when checked the furnace appeared to be healthy. A few weeks later the same issue returned, so I contacted DP Air and Dmitri returned and discover that the heat exchange was causing the problem and spent some time performing a thorough maintenance, but he did tell me there is no guarantee on how long the furnace will last and I should consider replacing it because the type of furnace we have has a life span of about 15 years. And he told me pricing on the brands of furnace he carries. Since we had an idea of the costs, we started to prepare just in case the furnace failed. It failed shortly after, so we decided to go ahead and get it replaced - it was obvious after 14 years that furnace reached its useful life and no longer functional. The good news is - 24 hours later our furnace was replaced and up and running. We are quite pleased with the exceptional, instant service Dmitri provided. He provided us with good advice on installation and information about the different brands of furnace he carries. This made it easy for us to proceed and replace the furnace.
