Param and his team did a reno for me for a listing and my client & I couldnt have been happier (floors, bathrooms, stairs etc) They were able to accommodate many last minute changes, being total life savers. Everything and then some was completed with the timelines agreed. No surprise bills or additional work. Super professional. Honest. Would 100% recommend!!

The Caricum team has done a fabulous job transforming our large home flooring from carpet to hardwood. We were looking for someone who is highly skilled and can work within our budget. Param showed up at our property, took all the measurements, brought tons of samples for our selection, and provided us with an instant quote. The price is well within our budget and he even included metal pickets for our stairs. This type of service was very impressive to us -all done at our home comfort and no pressure. The work done is excellent and they are quick to accommodate change requests, fix issues, or adjust things. They are very reliable and show up as planned. They treat your home with respect and make sure to clean up each night before leaving. The entire team is a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for flooring, I highly recommend them.

Paramveer and his team came in and did a great job of installing my floors in a quick and efficient matter. The benefit was Paramveer's consultation throughout the process while calling daily to give updates. Done on time and under budget.
