I appreciated the detail in inspecting what was wrong, listing what the causes of the issues were and how to prevent them in the future.

Mike gave me a fair price. He even pitched in some "goodies" in the package that we negotiated down. Mike came with his dad and did a very satisfactory job by themselves, with very little oversight. Even gave me pointers on how to maintain the springs/cables/rollers in future for longevity. His warranty period is acceptable, and I found him to be an honest & fair businessman. Recommend his serivice highly.

I recently had my garage door repaired and a new garage door opener installed by Mike and I couldn't be happier with the service! From the moment I called, Mike was professional and efficient. He quickly identified the issue with the door and had it fixed in no time especially given the conditions (both weather and the state of my Garage). For the installation of the door opener, the process was seamless – he arrived on time, worked diligently, and ensured everything was installed perfectly. The new door opener, operates smoothly. I highly recommend Garage Door Shop for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality garage door services. Thank you Mike.

Mike called 30 mins after I submitted a request. I asked Mike to come and check my 3 year old garage door as one cable had fallen off twice over the past few years. He came promptly and explained several issues with the door installation together with the (reasonable) cost to me to fix. He fixed the issues in around an hour and left me with a nicely working garage door. Thank you Mike.

Mike responded quickly to my service request. He is professional, friendly and courteous. Mike has the skills and expertise to complete the work. He answered our questions and concerns. We are pleased with the work completed and recommend Garage Door Shop.

My garage door spring snapped. I couldn't get my car out to get to a meeting. I found Mike's business through HS, and couldn't be happier. He arrived sameday within 2 hrs of getting in touch, had all the right replacement parts and got my garage door opening properly in no time. He inspected my door and made a few recommendations. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy for future work. Thanks Mike!

Broken Spring. Replaced. Mike provided quick response / same day service. Easy to deal with. After confirming the problem - provided options and recommendations. Same day repairs. Went on to look at the rest of the setup and the other garage door and made good suggestions. Went out of his way to help fix the weather stripping at the bottom of the door. Will used Mike;s services again.

Backed into one of our garage doors one too many times. Badly damaged. Found Homestars and they came promptly, and repaired the door. But the doors are close to 40 years old and inferior construction. Homestars warned us that the hinges, etc. would not last much longer. We asked for an estimate on 2 new doors, and were delighted with the very reasonable price they gave us! Doors were installed today and we are thrilled with them. These two men are honest, open and very efficient workers. They never pushed us to replace the doors - just gave us the facts which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this business!

I`m completely delighted with Garage Door Shop! They were fantastic when I needed my garage door opener installed. Their response was super quick, they were total pros, and they did an excellent job. They even replaced the garage door bottom seal. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs! Thank you, Mike
