B&W know their stuff. They did all work to a high standard. I felt the pricing was reasonable for the level of competence. I also felt that they kept me in the loop and discussed the situation as it came to light and answers were provided. I will continue to use them as our plumber of choice.

They did a main drain camera inspection. I had previously used this company for a sink related repair. Extremely happy both times. Both Corey and Graham were very polite and friendly. They arrived on time and clearly explained the process, etc.. Provided answers to all my questions. I will definitely use this company again in the future and will happily recommend them to family and friends.

The service should include repairing the broken wall after investigating the source of the water leak.

Called B&W Plumbing after the toilet ate a sponge while cleaning harder to reach spots. Corey got back to me right away even though it was a weekend. When he arrived, he clearly laid out the possible solutions depending on the severity. To our pleasant surprise the solution was fast and easy. Would happily call B&W Plumbing again in the future.

Sincere thanks to B&W Plumbing; who I recently contracted to replace the main stack and install a sub-floor drainage system for toilet, tub and vanity in my basement bathroom project. Corey and Graham are prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. They did great work in a tight space and completed the job "on time" and "as quoted". I will certainly call B&W again the next time I need professional plumbers!
