A quick diagnosis of the problem via photos and text, and the repairs were made within a couple of days. There is one problem I wish the plumber would have noticed but we remedied it ourselves. Friendly and professional service.

Dealt with Carlos at HQ plumbing. He came next day and took a look quickly identifying that we had a leak in the faucet pull out hose. He suggested replacing the entire thing or just the hose. We decided to go with a replacement faucet which he then came again next day to install it. There was a little miscommunication at the start o who will get parts but in the end it was top notch service and he was also just a really nice guy. 100% would recommend.

Carlos came the next day to replace a 100 year old cast iron drain stack that was protruding into the kitchen. We needed the drain relocated quickly because the drywallers were coming the next day to install the ceiling. He also rerouted the toilet drain and added a missing vent connection. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. We would recomment him for any project.

Carlos was very prompt in responding to the request, and executing the work. He was able to provide excellent service, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. The end result was a new pipe and outdoor faucet that works great.

We had a clogged sink and needed repairs as soon as possible, we tried a few plumbers but none were available at that time. I came across HQ Plumbing and was happy to get a friendly calm voice that was willing to help. When you are not sure what the problem could be you worry that people may take advantage. Carlos was kind and very helpful, he came right away and worked on the clogged sink. Im happy to say he explained what the problem was, what was needed and how to prevent it from happening again. Carlos did not waste my time and charged a reasonable amount. I highly recommend them and would gladly use their services in the future.
